Today

Your move to the new department sounds complicated, but if there is a leeway to work things out, it would be for the better. Let me know how it turns out.

As for the blog writing, you're right, I don't want it to become a burden. At the same time, though, I want it to be a task that I'm setting out to do to provide better discipline for myself. This week, I haven't started applying to jobs yet, having been sick and procrastinating, but I think I did something today. I talked to a friend today about job searching. He gave me a few tips on how to start off. Once I set networking to action, it should become helpful. But as of now, I haven't mastered the courage or managed the time to massively connect with professionals I know of. For example, with your friends' wife, Tian Wen, I only contacted her once, and don't really know how to follow up because I'm afraid she is too busy with work.

I have been reading this novel for English Class, called The Killing Circle. It's a horror novel, but a very good read. I'm scared to this date.

As for GMAT, if you want, you can write some sample pieces every now and then. I can look over it and see if that's any help.

Finally, a little for your grammar to help read better:

This re-organization is partly due to the boss’s intention to increase the profits of data service, a duty of Marketing Department (another department). Because I used to perform very well in this field, he thought I should be able to excel in this just as two~three years before. But having left this company division for so long, my career is already set on a different path. My bossed promised me three months ago that I could stay in whatever department I want until I compete successfully for another company division. I guess this time, he broke his promise/ate his own words. Aside from this, the level of new position is lower than that of position I had before. So, it’s disadvantageous for me. Fortunately, this change is not yet final, I have never been informed formally. I am hoping for a space to bargain with my boss strategically to obtain enough and to further enhance my management responsibilities in this new position.
