Day 13

This re-organization is partly due to boss’s intention to increase the profits of data service, which is the duty of Marketing Department(another department). Because I used to perform very well in this field, so he thought I should and would do it well just as two~three years before. But having left this company division for so long, my career path is already changed to another track. And my boss used to make a promise to me three months ago that I could stay in whatever department until I compete successfully to other company division , so this time I would say he wants to break his promise. Aside from this, the level of new position is lower than that of position I had before. So, it’s a irresponsible decision for me. Yet, this change has not been decided finally and I have never been informed formally. So maybe there is space to bargain with boss strategically to get enough resource which would enhance my management skills in this new position.

Regarding your blog writing plan, I‘m guessing your writing frequency could be more flexible if you feel more comfortable in this way, and I don’t want this task becomes your burden. As for me, it is more compulsory than entertaining. Of course, concerning the uncontrollability of time, there is no need to set specific length of each blog. Less is better than none.

And another issue I’m thinking about is that as you know I’m preparing for a next GMAT examination, so I want to integrate writing task of that exam into blog writing. But I have not figure out the exact method.

Today I feel better after a long and deep thinking about my current situation. This morning I woke up at 4 p.m. and never slept back again due to that bothered problem, so tied now, I got to go to bed.
