Phew

It's been a tiring but fulfilled day. You're right about finding fun with close buddies. I didn't go to that party, but I did have an awesome dinner with two friends. We usually hang out in a group of four, two guys and two girls, but the girl went to her boyfriend's today. Hence, just three of us. We updated each other on our life's progresses. We teased and made fun of each other. It was great.

That psychology research just shows us as humans, I guess. Our limited brain capacity, "brain the size of peas" as whoever puts it. =D But ya, more than five close relationships are so difficult to maintain, unless deep relationship does not involve frequent conversations with each other. I consider the two friends I hanged out with very close, but we see/talk to each other pretty much bi-monthly. I guess this relates to what you said about efficiency of communication.

Thanks for the pointers, by the way. I find them greatly helpful. I'm waiting to hear more about communication skills. 洗耳倾听 muahaha, a new phrase I learnt today. Smile is what I can do for now. =) I find "efficiency of communication" and "listening to others" very important though I'm looking to improve on those.

And I actually did it. I actually applied for a job today. This blog is taking effect, because I was thinking. Oh no, I've got to do this. What would Tian say if I don't apply and write here? Haha! It's a position in Project Management. It's a current part time job though, and I submitted late, so I don't expect to hear anything. But I find this role interesting. From what I understand, project management is the process of planning, organizing, and basically efficiently use your resources and time to finish a pre-assigned project. On the communications side, you need to know how to handle and coordinate between teams who are working on different parts of the project and who may have different timeline or availability. It also requires remarkable marketing skills and creativity to make the launch of a project successful. I'm guessing it also involves logistics issues as well. If it is an event aiming towards the public, you may have to handle the technological procedures through which members of the public may access the information. That's about all that I learnt.

Your grammar:

"Did you finally go to that place? I'm sure you would find lots of fun in talking with... or to meet new people... And the second choice is no doubt more difficult than the first for most of us... according to a ...research, deep relationship with..

...relationship building skills..  some advice

- ... rather than with colleagues

- Be concerned more about... good communication"

Hehe, who said your English is poor? It's looking good!
