haha, Yujia, did you go to that place finally? I’m sure that you would find lots of fun talking with your closest buddies – to share recent progress of life about each other, or meeting kinds of strangers – to fulfill your own curiosity. And the second choice is no doubt more difficult than the previous one for most of us. It seems that, according to psychology research, most people could only maintain deep relationship within five person around him/her. And, if you fall in love with someone, you will lose two best friends. What a pity discovery…….

Okay, let’s be serious.

You mention that you lack some kinds of business personalities, such as communication skills, building business relationships. I would like to give you some advices or understanding based on my own experience.

About Communication Skills

- They are very very important in business world unless you choose a technical position which has more connection with tools or statistics than with colleagues(for someone, it can be a promising career path).

- Concerning more about the efficiency of communication. In another words, a good communication not  means too much talking but means understanding other’s inner demand.(however, in some circumstance, endless speaking and various topics can make  the atmosphere more comfortable and reduce your and other’s embarrassment and tension.)

- These skills and topics can increase correspondingly with your life experience, so do not need to worry about it too much.

- Always smile to who you are talking to, and show your confidence.

- Learn to listen to others and ask them questions which come from the context they have just said. (It’s a best way to control the rhythm of conversation and to lead the direction of talk.)
