Install Ubuntu on new PC by USB disk

1. Download the Ubuntu OS from official site of Ubuntu

2. For Windows, download and use UltralISO to make a usb installer;

For Ubuntu, use Startup Disk Creator to make a usb installer or use command “sudo dd bs=4M if=<iso_path> of=<usb_path> && sync”
