2.展开/org/gnome/gedit/preferences/encodings
3.auto-detected的Value中加入 'GB18030' ，加在UTF-8前面；

11.10以前

1.运行gconf-editor
2.展开/apps/gedit-2/preferences/encodings
3.在auto_detected键中新增GB18030，并使它位于UTF-8前面，确定。
