ORM:对象关系映射,是一种程序技术,用于实现面向对象语言里不同类型系统的数据之间转换,
sqlAlchemy:是python语言里的一种ORM框架,该框架建立在DBAPI之上,使用ORM实现数据库操作,

补充:简单的说,就是将对象转换成SQL,再使用数据API执行SQL并获取结果,
说明:
1、由于pymysql不能生成库,只能对已有数据库进行操作,
2、sqlAlchemy不直接操作数据库,必须依赖pymysql等第三方插件,配置文件指定,
