步骤:对阶、求和、规格化、舍入、判溢出

(1)[x]补=0001,0.11010 [y]补=0011,1.01100
对阶:[m]补-[n]补=0001+1101=1110
其真值为-010,即x的阶码比y的阶码小2,则[x]补=0011,0.001101
尾数相加:00.001101+11.01100=11.100101----->11.10011
结果规格化:1.10011左规为1.11010
则阶码为010
结果:[x+y]补=0010,1.11010

(2)[x]补=1110,1.00010 [-y]补=1100,1.00100
对阶:[m]补-[n]补=0010,则真值为0010,-y尾数右移两位
则[-y]补=1110,11.11001
尾数相加:
11.00010
+11.11001
=10.11011
规格化:10.11011-->1.01110
阶码:1110+0001=1111
[x-y]补=1111,1.01110----->2^(-001)*(-0.10010)
