A Special Dragon Boat Festival Day

The Dragon Boat Festival this year was unforgettable! My friends and I decided to celebrate by enjoying delicious food and trying something creative.
First, we went to Shejian Dashi in Honggutan, Nanchang. The restaurant is famous for its spicy and flavorful dishes. We ordered their signature dry pot, filled with tender meat, fresh vegetables, and rich spices. The taste was amazing, and we couldn’t stop eating!
After lunch, we headed to a DIY handcraft shop to make cute cookies. The shop provided dough, molds, and colorful icing. We shaped the cookies into bears, Hello Kitty, dogs and so on. Decorating them was the best part; we laughed as some cookies turned out funny-looking. In the end, we packed our sweet creations as souvenirs.
This Dragon Boat Festival was not just about zongzi but also about great food and creativity. Spending time with friends made it even more special!
