Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Responsible for building up system architecture for healthcare IT applications
* Responsible for mapping domain knowledge to IT solution and required documentations.

IT Skills requirements:
* Solid knowledge of OOAD, UML
* Solid knowledge of Web Service standards (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BPEL, WS-I, WS-* Stacks)
* Good understanding and experience .NET technology and architecture
* Good understanding and experience of XML programming, XML parsers and XML NameSpaces
* Experienced with Full Software Development Life Cycle and Software Engineering practices.


Domain Skill Requirements(this is nice to have requirements):
* Familiar with Hospital workflow, especially the RIS, PACS
* Familiar with IHE, HL7, DICOM

Plus:
* Solid knowledge of Java Web Service specifications ( JAX-WS, JAX-RPC, JSR-181, SAAJ, JAXB)
* Good understanding and experience of Java Web Services implementation technologies, e.g. AXIS, CXF, WSIT
* Japanese language is also a plus.
