band steering

指一个band性能不好的时候；可以引导设备连接到另外一个band

测试clinet：iphone6

client连接到设备；查看目前连接band；一般为5G；将clinet拿一段距离；5G性能下降；会调到2.4G band；再将设备拿近；能跳回5G band 

console相关命令：

1.查看client ID：mapd_cli /tmp/mapd_ctrl mib sta_seen_list

2.查看无线信息：mapd_cli /tmp/mapd_ctrl mib bss_info

3.查看band steering 次数： mapd_cli /tmp/mapd_ctrl mib sta <client_id>
