Windwows8.1 英文版64位安装数据库时出现The ENU localization is not supported by this SQL Server media
这个问题主要是由于英文的系统的默认格式语言是英文的，改成中文的就好Control Panel->Regional Setting and change the “Fomat” language to English(United States) or the same language of the setup media，设置完重新运行下数据库就可以安装了。
在使用英文版windows系统时出现乱码的话同样要在区域中设置administrative中设置成中文重启就好！
