解压：
2. Windows PowerShell 启动
命令： .\redis-server.exe redis.windows.conf
PS：使用./是因为默认情况下，Windows PowerShell 不会从当前位置加载命令。如果信任此命令，需要键入".\"
3. 验证：
命令：.\redis-cli.exe
ping
3. 写入默认值

设定key aa，value为bb，时间单位为秒，过期时间 60 s
