SharePoint配置传出电子邮件服务器很简单，但是配好之后不一定能正常使用，在发送邮件时可能会出现错误，如：The user or users have been added successfully, but there was an error in sending the e-mail message. The server may not be set up correctly to send e-mail. To verify that e-mail is configured correctly, contact your server administrator"
其实这不是配置的错误，而是SMTP服务器不允许匿名访问的原因，在IIS管理器中选中SMTP服务器，在smtp服务器的属性中将其设置成允许匿名访问即可。
