HFSS 3D LAYOUT Geometry Check 报错：Geometry Check failed to process results: failed to open result file F:/Ansys/temp/XXXXXXXXX/valchk.result_CB

解决办法：
Tools-->Options-->General Options...
弹出对话框中选择
General-->Desktop Performance，在Number of processors 文本框中修改成CPU最大线程数
经过测试，Number of processors 改成1也能修复报错的问题
