MSCRM offline plugin开发注意事项

摘要： 1. 不能使用分派共享代码2. 注册时不能用其它帐号，只能使用callinguser3. 每台客户端需要在注册表加注册键值( public key token)4. 如果是一些统计有关的plugin，要注意offline时的记录是不全面的，应加一些判断如：context.IsExecutingInOfflineMode 让plugin只在online时执行阅读全文
