Windows 7 Usage Tips

Chinese character doesn’t display normally on Windows 7 English Version. 英文版win7中文乱码

1. Control Panel->Change display language

2. Use option “Administrative”->change system locale…

3. Change to be Chinese Simplified , PRC

4. Restart system.

Close the UAC in windows

1. click your thumb on start up menu

2. click “change user account control settings”

3. drag to the bottom
