[转]你需要个人知识管理（PKM）吗？

1、公司不是家，而且你的工作寿命要比大部分的公司长;
2、你的职业和你的专业不一定相同，这五年与下个五年所作的工作与所需要的知识可能截然不同；
3、信息太多了，摆在你的面前；
4、选择太多了，你要时时选择，包括你的方向，你的路；
5、 The most important, and indeed the truly unique, contribution of management in the 20th century was the fifty-fold
increase in the productivity of the MANUAL WORKER in manufacturing. The most important contribution management needs to make
in the 21st century is similarly to increase the productivity of KNOWLEDGE WORK and the KNOWLEDGE WORKER.
6、我们的教育灌输了我们许多信息和知识，但从来没告诉我们如何使用这些信息，也没告诉我们如何去创造；
7、社会变化快，知识更新速度更快，一个会种地的农民可以用他的技巧种一辈子地，可一个只会Foxpro数据库的人只能失业；
8、 In the knowledge society the most probable assumption and certainly the assumption on which all organizations have to
conduct their affairs is that they need the knowledge worker far more than the knowledge worker needs them.
9、速度取胜，许多时候都会作你比别人做的好，这是效率问题；逼着你创新，创新不可能从“天上掉下来”，需要你动态、扎实的知识基础；
10、 The knowledge worker cannot be supervised closely or in detail. He can only be helped. But he must direct himself, and
he must direct himself towards performance and contribution, that is, toward effectiveness.
11、最主要的是：没有人为你负责，除了你自己！而你唯一的资本就是知识。
