一、一分钟自我介绍

  Good morning, Dear professors. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to have this interview. My name is Nie Xingchao. I was born in WuWei, a historic city in GanSu Province. My major is computer science and technology and I will graduate from Dalian University of Technology in this June.

  Personally, I would like to consider the refining of programming as a kind of hobby. During my undergraduate period, I participated in some programming-related competitions, which not only enhanced my interest in the profession, but also allowed me to discover my own shortcomings. So, if I were given the opportunity to continue my study here, I will spare no effort to be a qualified postgraduate student.

二、一分钟自我介绍（译文）

  早上好，亲爱的导师们。首先，非常感谢你们可以给我此次机会参加本次面试。我叫聂兴潮，出生于武威市，一个来自甘肃省的历史悠久的城市。我的专业是计算机科学与技术，并且我将于今年6月于大连理工大学毕业。

  个人来讲，我喜欢把凝练我的编程能力理解为一种爱好。在我的本科期间，我积极的参加一些编程相关的竞赛并协助我的老师做了一些科研相关的工作，这些经历不仅仅提升了我对专业的兴趣，也让我发现了自己很多的不足之处。所以，如果我有机会可以在这里继续我的学业，我将不遗余力的成为一名合格的硕士研究生。

三、问题整理

1.为什么选择这个学校？

  因为经过在大连将近四年的生活，我感到非常喜欢大连这座城市，更加喜欢大连理工大学的学术氛围，所以我选择留在大连。

  After four years of living in Dalian, I found that I like the environment and life of Dalian, and I like the academic atmosphere of Dalian University of Technology even more, so I chose to stay in Dalian.

2.参加了哪些与编程相关的比赛？

  美国大学生数学建模竞赛、全国大学生数学建模竞赛以及大连理工大学数学建模竞赛等。

  American Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling, National Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling and Dalian University of Technology Mathematical Contest in Modeling.

3.最喜欢哪一门专业课？为什么？

  我最喜欢的专业课是数据结构，因为数据结构中有许多有趣的编程算法。

  My favorite subject is data structure, because I can learn many interesting programming algorithms in data structure.

4.介绍一下你的家乡

  我的家乡是武威市，一座地处甘肃省的历史悠久的城市。武威在古时候被称作凉州。中国旅游的标志马踏飞燕就是出土自武威，同时兼具着历史与文化。

  My hometown is Wuwei, a historic city in GanSu Province. Wuwei was called Liangzhou in ancient times. The symbol of Chinese tourism, Horse Stepping flying swallow, is unearthed from Wuwei, with both history and culture

5.你对未来有什么计划？

  首先是要努力以优秀的标准完成毕业设计，在完成毕业设计的同时学习更丰富的专业技能；其次，如果有幸可以成为一名硕士生，我要努力提升自己的科研能力，做更多的科研项目。

  First of all, I will strive to complete the graduation project with excellent standards and learn richer professional skills while completing the graduation project; Secondly, if I am lucky enough to be a postgraduate, I will strive to improve my scientific research ability and do more scientific research projects.
