内核参数（在两个节点上）
在每个群集节点启动时内核参数都需要被定义，本节集中讲述配置两个linux服务器 -- 为安装Oracle 11g RAC做好准备，包括校验SWAP空间是否充足、设置共享内存和信号、最大文件句柄数量、本地ip端口范围、oracle用户的shell限制，并激活所有内核参数。
