有些内容颇有启发
Firstly, learning is a social phenomenon when people participating social practice.Secondly, learning is a process of changing one’s knowledge and skill. One can change his identity in a group of people by the process of learning. Thirdly, be a master for a certain skill is an organizational and relational characteristic of practice communities.
PhD都有自己的研究领域或者学术小圈子,平时开开会,做做poster,写篇文章交流心得。在这个过程中,我们不断的跟同行share ideas,discuss questions, present curent research discovery. 慢慢的就在这个小圈子中建立了自己的identity,这样一个持续的过程中,我们不断提高自己的技能和知识,share和learn,小圈子越来越繁荣,渐渐就变成了一个很active and popular research domain
我的感受是,研究一定要brain storm,多跟同行讨论,才会有更新的观点,才会更快的汲取知识。即使是研究natural science或者engineering,也要考虑社会化的因素,学习不仅是人与知识,更是人与人的交流。
