应使用 Vagrant.require_version 在 Vagrantfile 的顶部指定 Vagrant 版本要求：
Vagrant.require_version ">= 1.3.5"上面例子中，加载 Vagrantfile 的 Vagrant 的版本大于 1.3.5 时，才会加载成功。
还可以指定多个需求：
Vagrant.require_version ">= 1.3.5", "< 1.4.0"
