strapi api访问出现 404 ，403
摘要：404 not fund strapi4 版本链接地址 http://localhost:1337/api/restaurants，我的 Content-Type 是 restaurant，但是api是要加 s 的 403 需要相应的模块 publish 外，还要再 Setting 中 USER & 阅读全文
