首先将下面3行加入到 %WinDir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts  文件中

1. 127.0.0.1   www.reflector.net  
2. 127.0.0.1   licensing.red-gate.com  
3. 127.0.0.1   update.red-gate.com  

然后运行安装文件。安装完后开始注册。
