How to communicating with partners when meeting problems

It is necessary to ensure the quality and quantity of the work to be completed and help of colleagues.
    Scene 1:When I encounter difficulties in my work, I would like to partners to help me. First I hope to find problems, then analyse the them and finally solve. The whole process will encounter difficultes , ask partners for help. These partners may be colleagues , friends, employers or etc. After getting their help, I should thank and record the content of getting help. Communication is very important during the process. Effective commumication can speed up the resolution of problems, meanwhile it can enhance the relationship.
    Scene 2: When our partners need to help , I should give the corresponding help depend on my own ability. If I have the ability, I can help my partners. Otherwise if I don't have the ability, I should tell him or her to ask someone else for help.
    Scene 3: Helping is mutual, and while we help others, we will improve ourselves. If our partners encounter problems and throw the problem out, We can learn from each other to solve the problem. We may not encounter these problems, we maybe solve by learning. It is negotiable whether these help needs to be charged.
