装好Lamp,启动，除了默认站点外，添加的其他virtualhost以及phpmyadmin均无法访问：
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

看这样子是httpd的配置的问题了。仔细看了下lampp/etc/httpd.conf的配置，发现对/的访问权限都弄成了 Require all denied
如下所示：

<Directory />
 AllowOverride none
 Require all denied
</Directory>

 

于是修改之：

<Directory />
# AllowOverride none
AllowOverride All
# Require all denied
Require all granted
</Directory>

行了，问题解决。
奶奶的，给了这么个严格的默认权限。
