Test Engineer （测试工程师） 

 

MASTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create test procedures for product unit level and subassembly；
-Develop automate test procedures and develop test requirements and test plans for new products；
-Support product development teams and to provide needed pre-qualification and verification testing；
-Be involved in all facets of qualification， including environmental， HALT， and ESD immunity testing；
-Actively support qualification lab area productivity improvement efforts， including testing， building of fixtures， calibration， and data collection；
-Provide capability and knowledge of test equipment setup， functional operation， and interconnect of related equipment；
-Review necessary support documentation for product development generated by other Engineering groups and generate support documents as required；
-Ensure that tests performed comply with standards and test procedures；
-Work closely with other project team members as required ensuring the Final product meets the requirements for ruggedness and reliability per the product specifications；


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
-BS degree in electrical Engineering， mechanical Engineering， or Industrial Engineering or similar discipline；
-3-5 years in related field and specifically 2 years of experience as Test Engineer；
-An in-depth understanding of qualification equipment， test procedures， and industry requirements such as IEC 60601-1 etc；
-Solid technical and theoretical background of electronics， physics and electromagnetic principles；
-Experience with environmental testing such as ESD， vibration， temperature， humidity， etc；
-A good interpersonal skill set， including good technical communication skills， a self-starting attitude， and flexibility；
-Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment；
-Ability to supervise or coordinate the work of technicians.
