打开新版eclips的提示功能(Kepler)

新版eclips的提示功能默认没有打开，请选择
window->Preferences->Java->Editor->Content Assist->Advanced
在出现的选择框中找到Select the proposal kinds contained in the 'default' content assist list:
在下面将java Proposals选项勾选中，就可以了。
