Application.Restore不起作用了

Application.Restore不起作用了
窗体上只有一个Button和一个Timer(1秒计时)
代码如下：

Delphi(Pascal) code

procedure TForm1.Button1Click(Sender: TObject);
begin
  Application.Minimize;
  Timer1.Enabled := True;
end;

procedure TForm1.Timer1Timer(Sender: TObject);
begin
   Timer1.Enabled := False;
   Application.Restore
end;

单击Button后窗口最小化了，可是不能在1秒后自动还原。

运行环境：Delphi 2010 、Windows 7

设置为False后就可以了
