以下是url传递参数样例

easy_install pip
pip install django

easy_install django

以上两种方法安装的django版本是不一样的

>>> django.__version__

django-admin startproject first
cd first/first

先改settings.py，加入应用名即blog
INSTALLED_APPS = [
    'django.contrib.admin',
    'django.contrib.auth',
    'django.contrib.contenttypes',
    'django.contrib.sessions',
    'django.contrib.messages',
    'django.contrib.staticfiles',
    'blog',
]


然后就可以启动了
python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:9008 &
