Daily Scrum M2 11-21
摘要：我们的“autosub”软件整体UI已经完成，下面来张效果图（注：频谱图暂时还未加）左边是字幕编辑器，右边是播放界面。其中一个有两个进度条，上面的表示目前视频播放到的地方，下面的缓冲条表示字幕已经识别到的位置，总体来说字幕识别的速度是要比播放快的，所以无需等待就可以直接播放。其实，效果还不算美观，我们还在做进一步的布局和图标的调整。下面是今明的task：membertoday's tasktomorrow's taskJunyuan Xieoutput of the subtitle to front-endoutput of the subtitle to front-end 阅读全文

摘要：今天宋良骏已经将大部分UI设计的图标接上，现在软件看上去比原先要好多了，还有几个图标因为技术原因还没接上。徐老板的播放器模块有爆出一个bug，是实时载字幕时候因为不断读取的字幕文件名相同，导致字幕不更新（播放器自身bug），但我们已经想出方法解决，我们打算每次产生字幕后将字幕文件改名字，然后重新加载，并且删除原先的文件。下面是今明两天的taskmembertoday's tasktomorrow's taskJunyuan Xieoutput of the subtitle to front-endoutput of the subtitle to front-endYishi 阅读全文

Suggestion for Bing Dictionary
摘要：Bing Dictionary在词典方面并不是first mover，甚至也不是second mover。我们在软件市场上可以看到许多词典软件，比如“有道词典”，“金山词霸”等等。这些软件都能够实现查询翻译等功能，能满足用户的一些关于翻译外语的需求，但是还远远没有做到完美，所以在这个市场还有许多机遇与挑战，我个人就是一位经常写文稿，需要词典翻译的学生，下面我将围绕“发觉用户需求”和“提高用户体验”两点，给Bing Dictionary提些小建议：首先用户是要词典软件的主要意图是获取单词的信息，这不光是双语翻译，还包括单词的读音，词性，用法等等。在翻译解释方面，绝大部分词典都已经能够满足用户需求 阅读全文

Team spec-autosub 自动对轴软件
摘要：Introduction 在国内，随着网络技术的越来越发达与普遍，越来越多的外国影视作品进入群众的视野之中，特别是近些年来美剧、日本动漫和大学公开课在国内的蓬勃发展，限于语言障碍， 使得对这些作品的翻译成了一个急切的需求。 因此，大量的字幕工作者由于兴趣爱好，结成团体，共同完成影视作品的翻译工作，成为一个字幕小组。字幕组中有着明确的分工，有专门负责翻译工作的翻译人员，也有很少被人知道的是做字幕对轴工作的组员们。因为翻译出来之后仅仅是文本的内容，并没有跟视频文件进行匹配，字幕组的成员们往往需要进行非常细致的比对调整，才能使得最终观众们欣赏到拥有高质量的翻译内容，并且与原视频内容配合得天衣无缝的. 阅读全文

摘要：哎呀，今天是“小光棍”节。。。苦逼程序们节都没时间过，继续搬砖啊！！今天的Daily Scrum人没有到齐，两人因故没能够来开会。我们剩下的人开会讨论了下今天的工作和plan：首先徐老板正在working on播放器进度条，我们希望进度条不光能够反映当前视频播放到的位置，还要能有缓冲带显示音频切断程序进行到的位置（就像在线视频那项有一条缓冲带往前冲）。这一点是必要的，我们需要反馈给用户目前后台处理音频，实时翻译的程序处理到的地方。然后我们讨论的Jian Jiang的工作，原先我们离队的成员Yuanwei已经从事了一部分字体特效方面的工作，我们打算将这个feature加到M2中，由姜健来完成。好 阅读全文

Milestone 1 Postmortem-事后诸葛亮会议
摘要：持续了靠近一个月的软件开发milestone 1 终于结束了，我们团队成员也在“软件工程”课上一起总结了我们第一阶段开发的是是非非，下面就和大家一起分享分享吧！ 首先，我们团队的M1总体来说还是很给力的，完成了我们预期要完成的任务，除了还有部分bug没有解决外，大部分feature我们都已实现。我们在M1开发中，有以下方面是我们做的比较好的地方： 首先我们任务的分工很明确，每个成员都有自己的负责模块：Junyuan Xie负责从视频中抽取音频流，并且将音频切断；Tao Wu负责播放器模块（包括载Junyuan Xie程序中产出的字幕）；Yishi Xing负责音频的频谱图；Lia... 阅读全文
