记录使用注解开发springMvc

首先编写web.xml，web.xml的内容和xml开发是一样的，同样的代码

编写springmvc-servlet，这是和之前是不一样的，涉及了注解的开发，头部可以在spring官方文档去找，关于注释的部分

在web目录下写jsp文件夹，然后编写hello.jsp文件，注意这里，jsp有着“严谨”的规范，我在里面写了#{msg}（写xue 写多了，没留意）然后就直接报错了，原来是自己没有小心，写错了

编写HelloController.java
