MAVEN 继承使用时出错点

以上是一个完整的MAVEN 继承的实例。

出错点：

父POM的<dependencies>节点外要用<dependencyManagement>套一下。（在项目建立时，就犯了这个错误，在IDEA中看子项目的继承一直显示无法继承。）
