window -> open perspective -> myeclipse database explorer -> new -> ...
applicationContext.xml class 'org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.LocalSessionFactoryBean'not found
build path -> Configure build path -> Add Library -> Myeclipse Libraries ->Spring 3.0 J2EE Libraries 打勾
