万能头文件

摘要：需要注意：1.用万能头文件的前提是编译器要有，没有就会编译错误，std::里边的这些东西被抽取出来是有理由的。ps.个人下的vs community没有 2.对于c++大工程而言，编译是以分钟计的，粗暴的包含所有会加大编译器负担，不过打OJ就没必要注意细节了，因为编译不算时长阅读全文
