向文档库中增加一个链接到其他文档库文件的Shortcut的方法
按照以下步骤：
1 将Document Library中Advanced settings的“Allow management of content types”设置为Yes。
2 点击Content Types中的Add form existing site content tyoes。
3 将Link to a Document增加到该Document Library中。
完成后回到该Document Libray的页面，点击New菜单，就可以发现增加了“Link to a Document”菜单项。点击该项。就可以向该文档库中增加一个链接到其他文档库文件的快捷方式。
