The working plan for next week.

In the next week ,i will focus on reducing of false postive and try to perform some combinatorial analysis of transcription factor binding site(TFBS).The following is my detail plan

1.compataive genomics analysis

(1) Check if someone has wirtten some program for homologur gene extracting.http://www.dxy.cn/bbs/post/view?bid=73&id=1435100&sty=1&tpg=1&age=0 If not ,Ask Dr zhang for help.

(2)extract the promoter sequences of the orthologous gene

(3)using the blast-like software to compare the promoter sequence

2.combinatorial analysis of TFBS

(1) try to get the result of clover form the shanghai university

(2) try to find the way to use the program written by lingang@shanghai university

(2) try out the geomnet software to perform transcriptional map drawing.http://loki.cs.brown.edu:8081/graphserver/

The next week will be the hardest periods of my reserch experience. I think it's the darkest night before the coming of the .So i will try the best to finsh the target i set above.
