时，UpdatePanel会失效。

新建网站，页面上放置ScriptManager1,UpdatePanel1，UpdatePanel1中放一个dropdownlist，并设置autopostback=true，运行，此时updatepanel生效，页面异步回发。在web.config的<sys.web>节增加<xhtmlConformance mode="Legacy"/>，update失效，<xhtmlConformance mode="Transitional"/>时，生效。
