首先登陆的服务器上，在命令行下执行
vzctl enter vpsid 其中vpsid是你需要修改的vps
然后执行
Secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /areas USER_RIGHTS /verbose
即可
