ANTS Milstone 2004-11-19 II

I said that we gained easier time in ants than before.

 

We relaxed the pressure of schedule , then we had enough time to deal with the change request.

The 2nd Question is from a SE. She is a pop girl with more individualization points but less co-work spirit.
A tester , which an employee joined the same year with her , had quarreled with her for a bug.She is not the question at all. But most of teammates think she is not a good partner.

I worried about her schedule at the very start.But I conquered my self with rational. In request for her, I assigned only in the work category , not in opinion. I realized that the result was not so bad.
She was glad to accept the request only in work , though she hadn't try her best.

 

The most terrible things is that her public praise is not so good.

 

However , we should pay more attention to our public praise.
