[Solved]"failed to receive handshake ssl/tls connection failed github"

环境再现：

在使用githubDesktop时，提交分支更改，提示 "failed to receive handshake ssl/tls connection failed github"。

解决方法：

1，打开  git bash.

2，输入

$ git config --global http.sslBackend "openssl"
$ git config --global http.sslCAInfo [path to .pem file]
