为代码加上重试机制


1.前言：对于经常跟网络编程打交道的你来说，并不是你的每次Request,Server都会给你想要的Response。重试机制虽然并不能解决这种情况，但是却可以大大减少这种情况的发生。

 

2.介绍下重试机制类：RetryUtil.cs

　　使用了委托，代码很短，也不难理解。

3.举例使用：Demon

　　3.1 下载文件，如果出错重复尝试五次，每次间隔2秒，全部失败抛出异常。

　　3.2 搜索Outlook邮件，如果出错重复尝试五次，每次间隔2秒，全部失败抛出异常。
