摘要：PeopleSoft的Payroll System比较诡异，一旦Hire记录选了Global Payroll或者Other，以后的Effdt就不能再做修改。除非员工Termination然后Re-Hire才可修改。常见业务场景：1. 员工外派到国外学习，一段时间后回国： ---出国前做Position Change，然后手动将Compensation修改为0。薪资分段计算(Pay Rate Change) ---修改No Pay的薪资组不可行，因为这类员工的社保仍然由公司缴纳，否则社保系统无法计算。2. 实习生转正/租用人员转正：实习生和租用人员系统不计算薪资，但是转正后，需要由系统计算薪资阅读全文
