Windows Mobile短信收件夹、发件夹数据读取（一)

在Windows Mobile 开发过程中，很多时候需要读取短信收件夹及发件夹里的数据，当然C#是很难实现这个的，因为微软没有对底层API进行封装，此时，C++又出来了，通过C++封装一个DLL，然后在C#中调用即可（没办法，C++）总是那么强。

具体的C++封装我这里不详细介绍，其实也不是我封装的，是别人写的，这里引用过来。
