The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.问题解决方案：

1.cmd中adb kill-server，然后adb -startserver
2.任务管理器中杀死adb.exe，然后重启Eclipse。
3.卸载"腕豆夹"
4.关闭"360安全卫士"
5.卸载"阿里旺旺"
6.在C盘搜索adb.exe文件，卸载非android-sdk下的所有adb.exe，是由于文件名冲突导致！
