这个东西实在是比我想象得长很多，翻译的时候也确实有很多很朴素的英文句子特别特别难写成中文。果然只有自己动手翻译一把才能理解为啥已有的很多英文书的翻译都很渣了。
另外，Specification虽然意思是“规格说明”，但是这东西在软件工程里几乎是一个专有名词了，请允许我保留原词不译。

4.01. Temper all technical judgments by the need to support and maintain human values.
