Remove all the projects in USR layers

- Stop the AOS

- delete the files axusr.aod and axapd.aoi(C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\50\Application\Appl\DynamicsAX2009)

- restart AOS

- synchronize AOT with Database
