摘要：今天帮群中得一个朋友解决新安装的EBS无法登陆FRM的问题,如果是Unix平台应该很好解决,但这套系统是win平台下,第一次遇到EBS运行在Win平台上,现记录一下错误解决办法1.错误截屏这个显示和Unix下感觉很别扭,以为是个别进程死掉,导致Forms oc4j 没有启动(不要看红色标注的,这是网友发过来的图)看了半天日志,没有发现什么异常,郁闷.只能重启一下服务,在登陆一下系统,测试的时候,感觉登陆Forms的时候非常慢非常慢,然后在抛出错误,感觉应该是主机服务之间通讯有问题? 检查了一下CONTEXT_FILE没有修改过,那问题能出在哪里?根据经验70%的问题是Hosts配置问题,就检查
