前一篇学习了“你在为谁做事?”通过问题,来帮助我们清楚我们正在做的事,所做的事是否有价值并且谁真正值得去做,这也帮助我们更好的确定价值,无论是为自己还是为他人。

 

问“切割”的问题可以帮助你提高你在正确的事情上,用适合的精力,在合适的时间,用正确的方式工作的能力,从而获到最好的结果。

为何提问 

提出正确的问题可以帮助你平衡,重点,做出更好的决策,同时更有效地确定优先级。

  • 提出正确的问题,使我们获得更好的答案。如果我们把思维想成是一个提出和回答问题的过程,然后以获得更好的答案,那么我们就要问更好的问题。试想一下。无论是你自己的自我对话或在会议上,提出正确的问题显得多么的有说服力?
  • 提问改变你的关注的焦点。您可以通过提问来转移你的注意力,这可以让您快速切换观点或者聚集到一个新事物。例如,通过问自己:“你的生活中什么是对?”你可能得到一个完全不同的结果而非提问:“你的生活怎么了?”有些人从来不问自己,什么是对的,他们不再关注所拥有的,并且夸大不好的事情的比例。
  • 引导你的自我对话,使其更加有效。改变你的问题,改变你的游戏。而不是“告诉”自己去做什么,你可以要求更有效的问题从而获得更丰富的资源。例如,“我如何解决这个问题”或“有什么好的办法?”或“谁愿意帮助我解决这个问题?”你也可以通过将“为什么”转到“如何”的问题。例如,既不是问“为什么这总是发生在我身上?”,也不是问自己,“你打算怎么办呢?”或“你将来会如何避免呢?”

问问题创造机会。如果你想在你的生活有更多的冲突,那么就用更多的语句。语句创建冲突。有人总是可以用一名来争论。你甚至可以反驳自己。切换问题,不断探索。

 

问题创造“阿-有”。当你问的问题,你可以实际将你内心的见解与“啊,哈”的时刻创建的情感上联系,这些情感的联系不仅仅是原始信息的强大。
