Oracle异机恢复时报错ora-19870 ora-19507

Oracle数据库使用NBU备份到带库中，在做异机恢复时报错如下：

ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
   Failed to process backup file </cntrl_34631_1_806669647>

解决办法是在master server上创建文件：/usr/openv/netbackup/db/altnames/No.Restrictions
